Video Wall Controller Assembly & Test
Assisting with the assembly and testing of our video wall controller systems at our Burnley facility. This includes mechanical assembly, internal wiring, Windows installation, software configuration and system testing. Full product training will be provided.
Pre-sales technical support:
Assistance as required during client demonstrations at customer sites or at our demonstration rooms. Also assisting on technical queries relating to client enquiries or a project tender.

- Good practical understanding of Windows, PC hardware and networking.
- Experience configuring TCP/IP networks, switches and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with AV over IP, video wall systems or IP video streams would be advantageous.
- Comfortable fault finding across mechanical, electrical, networking and software elements of a system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays. Overseas travel may occasionally be required, this would generally be for a few days.

The role will be based out of our Burnley HQ, with work required as stated above at both our HQ location and client sites throughout the UK and beyond. It is expected that that the onsite vs office based split approximately 75% onsite based.
Although the role covers IT, networking, software and hardware, this is fundamentally a practical, customer-facing engineering position.
