At UVS, no project is too complex. In the earliest stages, we like to sit down with our clients to discuss their expectations and requirements, before engaging in a collaborative process of designing, in order to set out a workable plan for the project.
No matter the location or setting of the installation, we provide an engineered solution, bespoke to your requirements and detailed at the quoting stage, so you’re never faced with any unexpected additional costs later down the line. For situations where direct wall mounting is not possible, we have a range of technical furniture available, meaning there is always an option for even the most complicated designs.
Each technician in our installation team has extensive experience in completing successful installations of AV displays, screens and video walls. From small applications to larger, more complex video wall designs, our team is confident in completing installations safely and efficiently.
All aspects of installation requirements are dealt with by the team, including detailed planning, site assessment, and the submission of any necessary health and safety documentation, as well as any documents required upon completion.
We continue to provide ongoing support to all of our clients for the lifetime of their investments, on an ad hoc basis or as part of the annual maintenance contract that we offer.
In signing up for our annual maintenance package, you can expect to receive telephone and remote IT support from our expert team whenever required, as well as two site visits per year, conducted by one of our highly experienced technicians, who will check the functionality of your hardware and software and carry out a thorough cleaning of the display system.
Our engineers are available to provide technical support over the phone Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Dedicated to our customers, we have invested in secure software which enables our team to connect with and log into your system remotely to help you with navigating the display, or to diagnose any faults that may have arisen, ensuring a quick diagnosis and a fast resolution every time.
If any issues cannot be resolved with our telephone or remote technical support, our engineers will respond to an emergency callout and will endeavour to be on your site as soon as possible to carry out a full diagnostics test and investigate the issue further. In most instances, any technical issues can usually be resolved on site.
Each aspect of the service we provide can be purchased independently or as part of a full solution, bespoke to the requirements of the project.
