Investing in video wall technology brings with it a number of considerations. One of the major ones being securing peace of mind that everything is covered with a maintenance contract in the unlikely event that something goes wrong.

UVS annual maintenance contracts ensure that you are protected by scheduled preventative maintenance services and onsite support as and when required.

Maintenance contracts also gives priority for investigating any issues you report.

It gives vital assurance that trained engineers are available to assist by phone, remote access (if a suitable connection can be provided) or by on-site support.

Our scheduled preventative maintenance visits also ensure that all relevant firmware and software updates are applied to your system, maintaining optimum performance during its operational life.

We also offer extended warranties for up to five years for the majority of our Lucidity video wall software as well as for other manufacturers’ video wall technology.

Telephone Support

Our engineers are available to provide technical support over the phone Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We also offer additional callouts to attend to any reported issue not rectified by phone or remote I.T support, typically within 24-48 hours (excluding bank and public holidays).

Remote IT Support

We have invested in secure software which enables our team to connect with and log into your system remotely to help you with navigating the display, or to diagnose any faults that may have arisen, ensuring a quick diagnosis and a fast resolution.

Our contracts ensure priority for investigating any reported issues and provide that vital assurance that trained engineers are available to assist when required.

Emergency Callouts

If any issues cannot be resolved with our telephone or remote technical support, our engineers will respond to an emergency callout and will endeavour to be on your site as soon as possible to carry out a full diagnostics test and investigate the issue further.

In most instances, any technical issues can usually be resolved on site but rest assured that, whatever the problem, our engineers will provide full ongoing support until the issue is rectified.

Tailored Packages

Each aspect of the service we provide can be purchased independently or as part of a full solution, bespoke to the requirements of the project.

We also offer two scheduled maintenance visits each year to clean and service the video wall displays and controller system.

We have seen a ‘significant’ increase in clients purchasing upfront, with the main system purchase order, a multiyear annual maintenance contracts and extended warranties on their video wall equipment.
