UVS Installs Lucidity Video Wall Controller at the Heart of Adder’s Customer Experience Centre
At UVS, we’re proud to have installed our Lucidity video wall controller and software at the heart of a new Customer Experience Centre (CXC) for Adder Technology, a global leader in connectivity solutions.
Adder, established in 1984, develops market-leading products that give customers control and peace of mind when managing mission-critical applications across a wide range of industries. Their new purpose-built Customer Experience Centre at their global headquarters in Cambridge, UK, marks an important step forward in how they support customers navigating complex technology decisions.
The CXC has been designed as a dedicated environment where customers can work collaboratively to explore solutions, verify compatibility, and align stakeholders through focused sessions. It supports both in-person and remote participation, is open year-round, and allows for meaningful, flexible engagement aligned with customer decision cycles—complementing traditional time-bound industry events.
At the core of the installation, we have deployed our state-of-the-art Lucidity WBC70-W3 video wall controller. This enables the display of multiple high-resolution 4K@60Hz sources on the CXC video wall, alongside IP video streams, web-based content, and messaging feeds. Everything is managed through our Lucidity control software or intuitive touch panel, allowing users to quickly launch and manage video wall layouts.
Our Managing Director, Steve Murphy, commented:
