What are the benefits of annual support contracts?
One of the main considerations after you have invested in video wall technology is securing peace of mind that everything is covered in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong.
An annual support contract ensures that you are protected by scheduled preventative maintenance services and onsite support.
It also ensures priority for investigating any reported issues and provides that vital assurance that trained engineers are available to assist by phone, remote access (if a suitable connection can be provided) or by on-site support.
Scheduled preventative maintenance visits also ensure that all relevant firmware and software updates are applied to the system to maintain optimum performance during its operational life.
We also offer extended warranties for up to five years for the majority of our Lucidity video wall software technology as well as other manufacturers’ video wall technology.
A UVS Annual Support Contract provides:
- Two scheduled maintenance visits each year to clean and service the video wall displays and controller system.
- First line telephone support 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.
- First line I.T. support via a remote connection (if this can be provided by the client).
- Additional callouts to attend to any reported issue not rectified by phone or remote I.T support, typically within 24-48 hours (excluding bank and public holidays).
