UVS’ 10 Steps to a Successful Turnkey Video Wall Implementation
For the successful implementation of any turnkey video wall project, UVS follow ten basic steps to ensure that the client’s objectives are achieved. This starts with discussions to fully understand and explore the clients requirements and needs, and this may involve other UVS approved partners for additional services.
Following an initial overall solution design from UVS, detailed technical and commercial proposals are made to the client. These are then validated via further detailed discussions and live demonstrations of how exactly the client’s requirements are met. Any required changes are captured during these processes and relevant adjustments made.
Once an agreement is reached a detailed procurement and planning phase takes place, prior to installation, commissioning and site acceptance testing with the client. The agreed training syllabus is then provided followed by long term maintenance support via UVS annual maintenance contracts, which ultimately protect the clients investment in the video wall technology.
