Ultimate Visual Solutions Eco-friendly Video Wall

There are plenty of benefits of using UVS technology and our video wall controllers for video walls or control room displays. One of the paramount assets for us is the fact that our technology can help protect people; previously discussed in our Calderdale CCTV press release.

Yet the latest developments in visual display solutions also mean that we can provide a ‘green’, environmentally-friendly video wall system which meets all Facilities Management requirements.

Our recent work with Sheffield Council Traffic Control Centre meant that we could provide a smooth-running, intelligent control room solution, as well as meeting stringent ‘green’ objectives from the client. The work was carried out in a Grade 2 listed building, meaning the work conditions needed to be respectful of the building, and the location. We managed to provide a turnkey solution for the main control room contractor, taking care of all Facilities Management issues within the building.

Video wall technology has evolved over the past 20 years of eyevis operation, with the growing need to be environmentally friendly: and to meet Facilities Management requirements of having reduced power, reduced heat and low maintenance options. Every project we plan for takes into consideration the reductions needed for heat output and power usage.
