A Big Success for 2020!
We are pleased to report a very strong end to the year, building on the investment we made at the beginning of 2020 in our remote demonstration and remote support capability, which is proving invaluable.
We’ve just secured our first contract in Poland, our first control room project in the Netherlands for our Lucidity video wall controller and control software, our first ever NHS Trust contract and three more Lucidity controller projects with our exclusive Vietnam partner, Zodiac Investment Corporation.
Covid-19 has meant that this year has been challenging for everyone on many different levels, but there have been some notable business highs for UVS.
In March we launched a full suite of remote access and online demonstration services to help clients during the coronavirus outbreak.
The services, based from our new HQ in Burnley, are designed to provide peace of mind and support for key operational video wall technology.
In June, we responded to client requests for additional features and functionality by launching an updated version of our Lucidity video wall controller and control software, products which continue to go from strength to strength.
In August, we announced that we were working with PSIM manufacturers Advancis to integrate their WinGuard security and building management software application with the UVS Lucidity video wall controller – a great example of partnership working to benefit the end user.
And in October, after working with the Government’s North West International Trade Team, we signed a distribution agreement with Zodiac Investment Corp in Vietnam, who will now be our exclusive partner in the region following multiple contracts for UVS Lucidity technology.
